Did you leave a voice mail? Jay would always call me back pretty quickly. He has a myspace with his number. Def set up an apointment before going. His cakes are awesome!!! And he will let you try different flavors! Its a fun meeting! 
ETA: I dont believe he has store hours- I think its appointment only since its not like its a bakery. He strictly does made to order stuff.

i had the same problem... since we are using perfect wedding planner i was able to have them set up the appointment for me... but whenever i called it just rang and rang.. no voice mail..

its not a bakery, he does cakes only for events so it is by appointment only. You leave a voicemail and he will call you back. He brings the cakes to places himself too, when i met with him he was coming back from dropping off a cake. When you go to the place he has a display of cakes and then a little office area with a desk and chairs where you sit and talk with him and then the kitchen in the back which you dont see so like i said its not a bakery.
