Brides who have a wine theme
I remember someone saying they wanted to do wine cork placecards but I dont remember who. Do you need people to save them? I've been saving them just in case anyone wants them but I'd love to save them for a specific person if one needs them.

how do you do wine cork place cards??? I LOVE that idea - FH and i are wino's and our favors will be bottles of wine - and we have a bajillion corks!

how do you do wine cork place cards??? I LOVE that idea - FH and i are wino's and our favors will be bottles of wine - and we have a bajillion corks!
slit it in the middle when it's on its side and then put the card in the middle. You may have to shave a little off the bottom so it doesnt roll

guys, that was me  thanks for thinking of me! we've been drinking wine like crazy but our collection is slow going!
ETA: i think there is another girl on the 09 board who's doing this for sure and i can't remember who.

you can buy them. i've also been told by a past VC bride that she went to the wineries and they were happy to give them away by the bagful (as as long as you brought the bag  ) i guess we'll eventually head out there this summer.

dirt cheap! they have them on ebay by the hundreds.

this is definitely a stupid question, but how do you cut them so that they come out really straight across the bottom? cork is kinda tricky.... ummm at least for me it is, but i am SO not DIY inclined......
