Guess who's going to jail........
Remember when Hulk Hogans Son drove his car 100 miles per hour into a palm tree in Miami last summer and completely paralyzed his best friend....a 25 yr old kid who just came back from Iraq.....
.......Well Nick just got 8 months.....starting right now. TMZ had the whole proceeding live

That is pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!  Any kid off the street would have gotten a harder sentence but b/c he's famous he got 8 months.
Did they not read that he's not 21 and that he was going 100 MPH!?!??!?!?!?! 
I just dont get our justice system!!!

for 3 of the 5 years w/o drinking he wont even be legally old enough to drink
and for the license....he has numerous speeding offenses.......
It just seems people get 5 year suspensions for much less

an you imagine.....the guy survived a tour in IRAQ...and then comes home and his friend goes speeding on a wet road to have some fun and BAM....his life is over as he knows it.
And hes had like 4 or 5 previous speeding tickets....and hes only 17 !!!

Oh I'm not trying to say that they came down on him with a heavy hand. I just wanted to point out that there was a little more to the sentence than the jail time. I think he should get far worse, and if the passenger was my kid, I wouldn't feel what he got was enough.
