Hi ladies... back at work today

i really cant get through this.. i wanted to come on here to talk to you girls..

i am just sitting at my desk thinking about everything and just crying.. i cant deal with this, i am so heartbroken and scared at the same time.

im so sorry to post again about my personal problems, i know im probably getting annoying, im sorry

i can't imagine what you are feeling, but i know you can do this....just try and take it slow and don't feel ashamed or embarassed to cry !

OMG De, we ALLL post about our personal problems and you have gone through SUCH a difficult situation - feel free to talk about it as much as you want or need to!!!

Deanna please don't apologize... You are going through something where you NEED support and you NEED to vent out your frustrations/ fears.

I would be worried if you DIDN'T come on here and share... you need to let it out.

Deanna, please don't think that you are being annoying...you just had something horrible happen, and what good would we all be if we blew you off? Sending many your way. I wish I knew what to say to make you feel better, so I will just tell you I hope you feel a little better today!

Deanna, here are some . No way are you annoying us. We are here for you if you need to vent, yell and even cry. You went through something no one can imagine happening to them. Remember post away we will listen to you. You and DH are in my prayers.

Deana, we are looking out for you and want to make sure that you are ok.
You have gone thru something that everyone hopes that they never have to.
Cry with us and let us offer you words of comfort.
Vent away if someone at work says something stupid to you.
Make us laugh when you start to laugh again.

Do you wanna talk about it? Can you tell us....did the doctors say what they think went wrong? Did they say when you and DH can start trying again to have a lil one??

Do you have anyone at home to talk to? Are your parents around? Can you open up to DH? Have you thought about maybe going to a couple of counseling sessions just to get it out?

D, all I can say is.....your precious little one is no doubt watching over you...and hold on to the faith that one day your angel is gonna come back to you, and he or she is gonna be a beautiful baby....you'll see...its gonna happen. Have faith. This is a time when you have to hold on. I know its a scary moment but you ARE gonna get through this and there is gonna be a happy light at the end of this crazy roller coaster ride youve been on. We're all here for you.

Deanna, I think you are so incredibly strong for getting back to work today. I was not nearly as far along when I had my m/c so my experience does not even compare to yours. And I cannot imagine what you are going thru. What I do know is that you have a loving husband who is there for you- to try and cheer you up, share in the mourning and to reassure you that you will be able to get pregnant again.

I'm sure you have family and friends whom adore you and want nothing but to take the pain away. Maybe talking to your sister who has also been through this horrible experience can help to soothe you.

And of course, you have all of us. In between the silly posts and the occasional bickering amongst us, we are like our own little family. There will always be someone here for you to vent, cry or yell to. Always. Chin up sweetie. You can and will get thru this.

Deanna sweetie, you have just been through one of the MOST DIFFICULT situations any woman or any couple can face; WHO in their right mind could expect you to be "just fine" so quickly? I assure you you're perfectly normal, grief is a process not an event (you know the whole DABDA acronym about the phases of grief? Denial-Anger-Bargaining-Depression-Acceptance?)

Its really healthy and smart to reach out all around for any help and reassurance you can get; I didn't see you for a few days and I was WORRIED about you; so a post where you say you're feeling down is WAAAAAAY better than isolating yourself right now.

Please don't be so hard on yourself honey, you may have set an unrealistic standard for yourself as to when you "should" feel better??? Especially without any feedback yet from the dr's, how can you even BEGIN to feel peace???

Anyway, you know we're here, please keep posting, I don't care if its a million of these and no words

Oh Deanna You don't have to apologize at all. I was only around 5 weeks along when I miscarried & that was devistating & I had a rough time the first few days that I had to get out of bed & back into the real world. I can only imagine how must harder it must be for you. I am so, so sorry that this happened to you. I wish there was something I could do or say, but I know nothing really makes it better. Just know that we're all thinking about you & that you're in my prayers
