A bit annoyed, but it will work out... (longer than I thought it would be!)
I ordered my invitations from Costco.com/einvite back on April 13. I faxed them back the proof with one correction the next day. The website says it will be printed and shipped with 5-7 business days. Well a week goes by and then another...i just figure they are busy, it's taking a little longer. No big deal. I'm not in a rush anyway.
Well Monday, I finally decide to email them and see what's going on. I get an email back Tuesday saying they will resubmit the order. I'm like WHAT!? So I call and they tell me my order has been sitting in the proof bin for 3 weeks!! they never got my approved proof fax! I asked the woman, don't you think it's strange that an invitation (that the credit card has been charged for already) is still sitting in a proof bin!!?? I would think someone would wonder and maybe try to contact me? Obviously not!
So I faxed it back to them yesterday, called them this morning and they still didn't get the fax. So I don't if it's me, the fax machine, or them! I also emailed them with the correction and approval. So hopefully it gets taken care of, finally!! Thank goodness I ordered it 6 months ahead of time. Imagine if this was closer to the wedding!!

How annoying. Just be sure to stay on their backs so that they don't have your proofs sitting in a bin for another 3 weeks. Hope that everything gets taken care of!

Thankfully you are on top of things. Sorry you had to deal with the mishap. Customer service is not what it used to be.

ugh that's so annoying!
Good thing you called them! If I were you I'd make sure to call them again until they confirm that the invites have shipped to you.

I agree....you don't want to think it's ok and have them eff it up. I would ask to see another proof to make sure they made the change you asked for.

I emailed as well as faxed it again. I keep checking my email to see if they got it. I asked them to write back and/or call when they got the fax or email. So hopefully someone will. I will probably call again at lunch time, if I haven't heard anything else.
Thanks for the support! I'm glad I decided to do things early!
