Tried on my gown for the first time...and brought my headpiece home!
What a complete rush! It was sooooo weird. The gown looks so different from when I tried it on. For one, of course, it fits!  Thank God. I was ready to jump off a building had it not! It was a really strange feeling though. Of course, I have doubts about everything I picked. Especially my headpiece. I am so afraid of looking overblown...but then I remember...it's my wedding day, when else can I look overblown than this day? 
It was really cool though. First fitting is March 29th, and I got the best seamstress at Kleinfeld, the "almost famous" Maria C. I can't wait...she's wonderful. I really left there feeling like I will look beautiful. The first time I ever walked out of a store feeling that way!

No, I didn't take pics this time. I'm going to wait until my first fitting. This was just a try on...it'll be better when I have the bra/shoes.
It was a lot of fun though.

Oh How exciting!!!!
I need to find another reason to go put my gown on. Everytime I put it on I have an additional piece to add to the outfit - I think I do still need stockings....
