Re: CHATEAUBRIAND BRIDES

Finally !!!

I was wondering how come we don't have our own CB thread. I wanted to initiate.... glad you did.

I want to ask what are the extras CB throw in. It seems you cannot really negotiate the price, but they do throw some extras in.

Another question: what may you decide to go for CB?

Re: CHATEAUBRIAND BRIDES

Yep.... me too. CB was the first CH I visited... and I had a wow feeling. Another CH could not compare to it.

Cocktail: Europa Room
Reception: Da Vinci Room

I saw in another thread that a bride had indoor and outdoor cocktail. You know something about that. If the outdoor is done then it would be great to have both.

Isn't it that the Normandy room you can come out with a lift or something?

Re: "CHATEAUBRIAND BRIDES"

I got some info for you ladies.

You can have an indoor and outdoor ceremony depending on the earlier wedding before you.

You can def try and have an ice sculpture thrown in as well as a mini viennese.

Coming up from the floor the bride can now see the crowds reaction before coming up as well as have the lighting change color.

When I think of more I will add.

Can you also have an outdoor and indoor cocktail as well? My BM said it will be too hot to have a outdoor cocktail. But most likely I am going to get marry in a church and then we will not really be able to enjoy the outdoors (except for photo's). Looking at the map, the outdoor is going to be beautiful.

Which room is it that you can come out of the floor?

And the lighting color change.... is that in every room? I would really love that... to have the room change into a different color.

Thanks!!!

Actually I meant an indoor outdoor CH. Sorry about that. In the normandy room you come through the floor with the smoke the color can change or stay the same. This is only for the entrance.

So they are going to put the food in the garden and the Cocktail hour room? Is the Europa Room linked to the outdoor gardens?

I am booked for the Davinci room for reception and I am planning on using the outside for CH (weather permitting)

Has anyone seen the outside yet?

Re: "CHATEAUBRIAND BRIDES"

The Europa room has a door link to the outdoor ceremony site, which is connected to the garden. Im not sure if i want an outdoor CH, i like the Europa room so much, it has club appearance, very modern, dont u think?

According to Enjt you could have both indoor and outdoor CH. Then you get both. I like the europa room too, but I also saw the map of the outdoor. It looks gorgeous.

No, the outdoor is not done yet.... see other thread.

Re: "CHATEAUBRIAND BRIDES"

I really hope it will be ready for next year though, bc it was one of the reasons i chose the place. I wanted outdoor garden pics, and i wont have time to go somewhere else after church. Lets keep our finger crossed ladies !

Re: "CHATEAUBRIAND BRIDES"

Hi, I am also a CB bride with my cocktail in the Europa and Reception in the Normandy! I went to a tea party in February and I felt it was helpful. We met with two PWP planners, Jessica and Jessica. They were very nice and explained their certified vendor list, they also gave us a time line of when things should get done. After they brought us to another room where they had some vendors and did a little raffle and each of us won something, I won a necklace from Lia Sophia.

As for the next showcase at CB, its in August.

Hi ladies, I am a recent CB bride! Can i just say I loved the place BEFORE the wedding and I was left Speechless during and after the wedding.
They have the BEST service, any and anything that you and your guests need they are there for you. People are still raving about the food from CH and the dinner and lets not talk about Vieneese hour definitely worth it
TIPS- when you go for the menu selection if you dont want some of the things they offer they can either substitute or you can get an extra station.
