Does anyone here like to read? If so, what are your favorite types of books? I was on a James Patterson kick lately but my godmother turned me on to John Sandford's books (same type of stuff...). I am always looking for something new to read so, any suggestions??

I loooove Jeffrey Deaver... he wrote The Bone Collector (it was a movie with Angelina Jolie a few years ago) and all of his books have AWESOME endings. The Empty Chair was one of my favorites.
I've been reading The Face by Dean Koontz at lunch lately but I get interupted so many times it's taking me forever.

Oooh I will have to check him out then! Thanks! I have never read any of Dean Koontz's books either although I hear he is really good. My godmother also recommended that I check out Jonathan Kellerman and I am reading one of his books now. So far it is pretty decent but it hasn't quite hooked me yet...

Oooh I will have to check him out then! Thanks! I have never read any of Dean Koontz's books either although I hear he is really good. Yeah, Dean Koontz is pretty good... but it as like a realistic murdering/kidnapping kind of story and then all of a sudden there were ghosts and stuff... not crazy about those kinds of books. I'll let you know how it was when I'm done.

ah yeah I don't know about all that supernatural stuff. I much prefer a more realistic book! Definitely let me know how it is! Maybe I wound wind up liking it more than I think!

They are good if you like romance novels. A lot of them have an Irish theme to them. I also like mystery novels and I am not ashamed to say I love the Harry Potter books!
