I'm ready to scream!!! Has anyone ever used MyPublisher?
So, I downloaded the software from MyPublisher's website to make my parent albums. I spent all weekend make them, and it mostly took so long because the software is slooooooow. At least on my computer. I don't know if it's this slow on all computers or just mine. But mine doesn't usually have problems, so I'm assuming it's the software. So anyway, I dealt with having to wait at least a minute each time I clicked on anything while using the software. It was annoying as h e l l, but whatever, I was just really happy when I finally finished designing the album. So, I tried to purchase the albums, but now the software is completely freezing on me! I've been trying for over an hour and it won't let me get past the screen where I create an account so I can order it. I'm getting so frustrated thinking that I might have spent all this time uploading the pics and making the album and now I might not even be able to order it!  So, anyway, sorry for the long vent. I was just wondering if anyone else has ever used this software and had a similar problem. Arrrgh!!!! TIA if anyone has any suggestions!
ETA: I finally got it to work! I had to email back and forth with their customer service dept. twice for them to finally send me a link to the maintenance version of their software. But I'm so happy that I could finally order my albums! And I saved about $120 because they give you 40% off any orders over $100 and I used the coupon code to get one book free!

Have you called their customer service line? If I remember correctly they have this
Also-I know for me with Picaboo I cant run anything but that program otherwise it freezes.

I used it, but didn't have any problems. I would call them and see what they say. There may be a way to save the files to your comp, redownload the software, and then upload the files again.

Glad your problems fixed. I ordered a few albums from them and was very pleased. You will be shocked how fast they arrive.

they said 2-6 business days for standard delivery, which does seem very quick!
