Cocktail napkin poll!!!
I apologize if this sounds silly, but FH and I aren't sure whether we want to buy personalized cocktail napkins or not. I keep wanting to order them and then I'm not sure....thank you (again!!) for your opinions!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought about napkins but I went with matches, only because I thought people might hang on to them for a while. Who knows, I might end up getting the napkins anyway! Last minute impulse purchase!

We're ordering matchboxes rather than napkins. Guests are more likely to take the matches with them rather than napkins, and we wanted something that will last.

We are doing both... We were going to do just the napkins but FH and I hired a cigar roller for the last 2 hrs of the reception so we bought the matches anyway... I love them both... Its a nice personal touch!

We had personalized Cocktail napkins .... for the wedding, the shower and the engagement party. They're really not an expensive thing to add on, and they do add an extra special touch in my opinion.
(but keep in mind this is coming from someone who also had personalized matches, mintboxes and coasters at the wedding  )

I orderd like 200 of them on ebay and my mom was like "What a waste of money!" I think I just wanted to mix them in with the hall's napkins as I know 200 is far from enough... They're just a cute touch. I dunno

The other day we were looking at websites...but it seems kind of unnecessary for the prices I found. I don't want to spend 100 dollars on napkins!! Who knows though. Then we thought maybe buy 100 personalized to add into the the nonpersonalized...who knows!

i think we are going to order some but more plain ones - atleast we will have them as a memento - but they go so quickly - we'd rather spend the money on other things - and if you have enough to be on the tables and at the beginning of the night at the bar - im sure people wont notice after a while if they get a plain napkin

wow where did you look? on theknot.com its $18-20 for 100 napkins
