so about two months ago i joined sparkpeople.com and it has been amazing to me i think if you are serious about getting healthy losing weight the right way you should join....
by the way ive lost 14POUNDS IN 2 MONTHS ....

they give u one orrr u can eat w/e u want juts add it in and dont go over the amount of calories u r supposed to consume
