the only person i was concerned about, and i even feel guilty saying this, was my uncle. i love him dearly, but he LOVES to take pix of everything. at my engagement dinner, DH's family was getting pi$$ed off at the amt of pic he was taking, and same w/ the RD too. like he'll take a pic of my feet if he likes my shoes because he thinks it'll make a good pic. my uncle also has very long curly hair that he keeps in pigtails, so when he approaches people to ask if he can take a pic, they get a little weirded out.
however, at the wedding, he did take about 300 pics, but people actually really liked it! he had a portable photo printer w/ him, and gave people pics later on in the day. people liked that they could get a pic right away.

i have a great story!
MILs friend who is in her 50s got DRUNK at the wedding. So she was sitting in a van they got to go home and she has her head btw her legs trying not to puke.
So DH goes up to her and says "Hey what were you drinking you nut" and she was like "Great wedding i was drinking slippery nipples the whole night but now its so cold out mine could cut glass" ((PS that was NOT what she was drinking but anyway ))
DH was like  and ran away from her
Then she puked out the window the whole way home 
So many people puked at my wedding, thankfully none of them at the actual hall unless they were in the bathroom
all class i tell you, i should have asked people not to puke 
maybe I should consider handing out airline barf bags with favor inside instead of favor bags?
seriously, i try not to post about it a lot bc i dont want people to think we are WT but so many people were like "great wedding, i puked"

the GROOM!
and many more!!!!!!
but all discreetly i promise! i had no idea.
fh puked at his friends wedding, not inside the room lol he left to do it. He came back and told the bride bc we know how she is and she got so happy and said WOO HOO my wedding was a sucess

I think it's great that he was well received at your reception. What a generous gift to print photos for people!

Sometimes my dad is funny when he's drunk. Hopefully he'll just be dancing like a fool and not being too silly. The last wedding my whole family went to he was just dancing with a drink in his hand the whole time. Nothing too embarrassing.

honestly the one person who would get really nuts is FH. For some reason at weddings he really goes nuts, even more so than when he is at a club and i dont know why hahahaha
At his friends weddings they loved it bc all they were concerned about was everybody having such a good time. Last wedding we went to fh did get on a chair to dance, and went nuts lol even had his shirt opened with a wife beater underneath. Of course depends where, we went to his co-workers wedding and he barely even danced.
At our wedding i have to remind him not to strip and dance on the chairs

Ohhh boy!! not so much embarassing as annoying but i`ll end up embarassing myself when they start annoying me because that days stress levels are going to be thru the roof so i wont be able to bite my tounge!

i have a friend who is anorexic (long story, she wont admit it, we've tried to get her help, her mom refuses to believe it) and drinks to excess. she pukes, blacks out, and we're relieved if she only loses her keys by the end of the night. on NYE she spilled all over everyone while trying to dance with a martini and then got us kicked out early bc she was too drunk.
one of my BMs is closer to her than I am and usually ends up babysitting her -- she refuses to do that for my wedding. I don't know what to do.

FFIL at our engagement party got there earlier than FH and I did to make sure things were set up and ready. We were like huh!? It was weird because FH and I paid for it and all and he was there worrying about little things...it was kinda embarassing because he is a big romanian guy who well speaks his mouth and gets angry if things dont go his way.
So I am just worried at the wedding he will walk into the reception room before fh and I get to see it and complain about something or fix something
 
what can ya do...not going to let that ruin my day!!! but def have to warn my photographers that FFIL is definitely into picture taking and will probably be telling them what pics to take at certain times

i feel the same way...i want people's shoes coming off, ties and jackets coming off, dancing and gettign down on the dance floor- and my family is definitely rowdy and some of FH's cousins are as well so I am excited and can't wait to dance at our wedding

WOW the whole yelling and making sure things get done sounds very familiar thats how my dad is. I guess it is a romanian thing, loud and opinionated hahaha. I dont yell at vendors or other people though.
Dont worry, i think he will be too busy though doing other things so dont worry. He probably won't have time to make sure they are setting up your RH right.

Thats what i want too. MOST important thing to me is that people are having the best time, more than anything else. If people are dancing all night and going nuts then i'll be happy. If ppl are dancing but kinda stiff then ill be sitting there like OMG people aren't having fun and ill have to do something to make sure they do. Like i said last wedding fh even had his wife beater on, i told him to put the shirt back on though but tie was loosened, and he was so sweaty from how much he danced. FH and the grooms brother were freaking the bride well they had her in the middle, he still talks about how much fun their wedding was and the couple love to hear how much fun we did have and how memorable it was.

That is too funny! Your poor husband. Too bad you didn't give out barf bags...you could've put them on each plate instead of menus.

oh yeah my dad is extremely vocal hahahaha. My reaction when dealing with vendors or anything like that is to talk and handle it first not yell at first hahaha but yeah i can be pretty vocal. People always say they wonder who has a bigger mouth my dad or me lol
Make sure though that your Fh tells him, hey dad i want youto have a good time just relax. Well hey at least you know you'll have a ton of extra pics
