omg thank you! I was sooooo happy with how everything came out and will def. give proper shout-outs in my review!
re: the cake, I don't knowif you can tell, but some @sshole ran their fingers through some of the design. I was sooo pissed. I think they wanted to touch the fondant to see what it felt like (who does that besides the point?!?!?) and decided to touch the black filigree design too and realized after it was too late that that part would smear.

awww, Anne thank you!!! I really truly loved my veil. I got it at Barron's, her work is INCREDIBLE. I knew I wanted a cathedral mantilla, but my issue was matching the lace on my dress. It was alencon lace which just my luck, is super-expensive, so the veil cost $$$$$ but in the end soooo worth it, def. money well spent, i was sooo happy with it.

lol, thanks!! I kinda took my sweet time uploading the pics I had.
Jess did you find a RD place yet? If not, we ended up having ours at a restaurant/bar on Main St, in White Plains called Vintage. It was AWESOME!!! I highly recommend it. We checked out Buon Amici but the room wasn't big enough for us.

how was her turnaround time at Barron's? did you just bring her a picture of your dress? I think she had told me a month or month and a half - maybe i should go soon!!

I think her "normal" turnaround time is like a 6-8 weeks maybe....but I was in a bind and she did mine in 3 weeks. She was soooo sweet. I showed her a closeup picture of the lace on my dress (I didn't have a swatch) and she matched the color exactly. I was completely freaking about it until the day I picked it up (I think i told you about that) because I was so worried about the color not matching and then what would I do with 3 weeks left till the wedding, I would have been screwed. But it was more amazing than I could have imagined.
Def. talk to her and she'll work with you. It's worth it!
