I'm kind of skeptical based on what the neighbor said - he could easily be pushing his belly out in that pic.
However, it IS possible. Saw this sad, interesting documentary on HBO about a transgender man who was dying from cervical cancer because by the time he found a doctor who would treat him it was in advanced stages (he eventually passed).
It pi$$es me off that no doctor would uphold their hypocratical oath because "the other patients would be uncomfortable to see you in the waiting room".

No, he still has the components of a woman, he never had the surgery to get the male parts, so he's able to get pregnant naturally

yeah and once he decided they were to get prego he stopped tazking male hormones...
im interested to see what changes his body goes through now.... expanding hips, brest formation, milk... etc.
also i can see both sides... with the neighobor...
i have family in teh past and jsut a few months ago that from one week to the next she went from flat tummy to wow how did that happen!?
