oops just realized its rich bride poor bride ahhh lol

usually the budgets are like $15-20k, but I think the episode I'm watching right now is the first with a big budget

they are inviting 500 people, she got a $7500 custom dress (although her mom paid for it), pocketfold invites, etc. I wonder what their budget is!

Whaddya know, it's probably going to be in the middle of nowhere and they will still pull it off for $30k?

Don't tell me how it ends, i'm watching a tivo'd version but did anyone else see this one?

theres been a few with big bidgets. its funny cuz a few seasons back the same planners that worked low budget brides now only work with big budget brides.

grooms mom just agreed to pay for the $4.50/ea chair covers... for ~500 people.... i'm assuming anything the parents pay for wont be included in the "budget" ?

ok, they dont have a small budget. $9k on flowers (plus a $2k lost deposit at an old florist) and they are barely any flowers... its like chicken flowers and 5-6 roses..... not even the big peacock or ostrich ones. interesting. they have a ton of tables though so i guess it adds up.

ive seen one or two episodes in the past, but usually they pay for everything themselves and have very very low budgets

ive never seen platinum weddings or anything though

I'm slightly addicted to this show even though I feel like the budgets have gotten really big lately. Not so many poor brides these days on that show. But it always amazes me the stuff they can get that here in NY would have doubled their budgets.

i love those shows, i could watch them all day long....too bad ive seen most of them!

ETA: and 10,000K for a wedding planner is a ton!!! My wedding planner has been on platinum weddings and she doesn't charge anywhere close to that!!!!!
