Thank Goodness its Friday!!!! YAY!!! QOTD - March 7, 2008

Good Morning - and welcome to FRIDAY!!!! I hope everyones week was good.....its been a long one for me so i CANNOT wait until happy hour!!!!

So here goes...

Whats one thing that has change about your since you met FH thats been:
a. for the better
b. for the worse

a. I've become a better cook! I love cooking for FH, and of coarse patience....its been quite an adjustment learning to combine the way we each accomplish different tasks.


b. I've definately become lazy with chores....I know FH will do them so I dont bother! & We go out less, since being engaged most of money goes to rent, food, and the wedding....leaving the entertainment funds LOW...

For the Better: WAY LESS PARTYING! lol or should i say no partying at all but i dont miss it one bit!

For the Worse: I've definitely gained weight since I've met FH but its all coming off! I'm working on it!!

For the better: I have met a man that teaches me what love really is and gives me every bit of affection and respect that I have learned that I deserve!!

For the worst: hmm I guess packin a few pounds on bc of the battle btw cuddle time vs. gym time

Better: Pushes and motivates me to accomplish everything I say I am going to do

Worse: I'm with Jen ... I gained a few pounds on the couch

a. for the better - I am happier, content, simpler in many ways. Care less about material things.

b. for the worse - I gained some weight and just generally let myself go a little. I miss feeling hot and dancing the night away! I need to work on this!

ok so at least we are all together here!! Now what can we do to get rid of those pounds girls...lets brainstorm! hehe .. or we could just cuddle a little while longer

i made a NY resolution to loose the 12 pounds I put on, start caring out my wardrobe, skin etc. - - -but, kind of hard to do when I am paying for a wedding - I think I need to start starving myself!

For better: he has made me a stronger person, not to let people walk all over me, to stand up for myself

For better: I've become a great cook cause of him and I love it. I love cooking a new meal or our favorites. It's so much fun.

For worse: I did gain a few pounds too, probably cause we don't go to the clubs/bars to dance as much, probably because we'd rather have snuggle time.

For better: there is no doubt in my mind that he has made me more confidant and has opened my eyes to so many other things..

For worse: okay, so maybe i do spend most of my waking hours with him (when im not working)..but ive come to terms with it....

For better: I learned to cook since we moved in together and I realized I shouldn't have settled for any of the guys before him who treated me like crap.

For worse: All the weight I (and he has too) gained.

For better: Ok, so I met FH when we were 14 so I did a lot of changing since then but I think having him in my life made me a better person overall and helped me not to care about what other people think. I also became a better cook!

For worse: It is hard to say what has become worse that was actually caused by knowing him in any way...maybe I am a little more b*tchy because I know he will always forgive me! Haha.

(1) i'm more patient and accepting of shortcomings

(2) i don't see my friends as much bc it's always so easy to snuggle w/ FH on the couch when the weekend comes around and i'm tired. i feel guilty about that.

Better: I cook more, he pushes me to keep up my schooling, and I party a lot less. I spend less money....

Worse: like most of you I put on a couple of pounds. And I am less inclined to clean cause he is sitting on the couch next to me. But part of the less spending means no more drop-off laundry.
