OUR WEDDING AT THE FLORAL TERRACE ON February 2, 2008.

Well, where should I begin, everything was soooo great!!! Vendors include Pedestals Floral Decorators, DJ Sharad, Tandoor Restaurant, Camelot Limos, Duval Photography and Videography and of course The Floral Terrace.

This was an Indian wedding, so things were done slightly different than American weddings but things still went smooth.


Pedestals Floral Decorators - A ++++++++++++++++++++
I dealt with Robert and he was such a pleasure, he made my vision come true. I wanted a Winter meets Valentine's Day theme and he brought the colors alive. Everything was done on time and everything was ready before the guests arrived. My bouquet was breathtaking and once I have the pictures, I will post them.
I highly recommend them as their pricing was excellent and service was great as well!!

DJ Sharad from Dj's Unlimited South Asia - A ++++++++++++
For those of you who are having mixed cultures at your wedding, this is the company for you. The DJ, Rohit, changed the type of songs being played based on the crowd on the dance floor. When my american friends wanted to dance, they played music of today then they changed it up to indian music and the families jumped in and then they changed it over to 80's and michael jackson and that really brought the crowd alive. The MC was also great in keeping the whole night together. All I have to say was WOW and everyone had an awesome time!!

Tandoor Restaurant - A ++++++
It was an indian dinner, buffet style with cocktail hour. The food was really good and well prepared. Not much more I can say about the food, it was pretty standard.

Camelot Speciality Limos - A +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
WOW, WOW, WOW. They gave the best service I could ever imagine. We had a Rolls Royce for us and a 10-passenger limo for the bridal party. I felt like I was a princess all day. We had both cars running around all day and even needed an extra hour so we paid them overtime, but they did sooo much for us all day and put up with my crazy parents and aunts all day long, I can't believe how they kept their cool. The drivers were Frank and Jeff and they did an unbelievable job.
I highly recommend booking with them as Joe gave us a great rate and great service. Again, I highly recommend them.



Duval Photography and Video - A ++++++++++++++++
They did a great job. They were with us all day from 7 AM to 1 AM and did not even leave our sight all day. They must have taken thousands of pictures and they came out great. I highly recommend them and they are all a pleasure to deal with. They do weddings of all different nationalities and are aware of all the cultures which make them stand out even more as a company. Their picture quality is great and I highly recommend them.


The Floral Terrace - A ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Again, WOW, WOW, WOW, WOW !!!!!! Their service was impeccable !!!!! The hall designed beautifully, the waistaff did an unbelievable job. My guests were telling me that their next drink was on their table before they even finished their first one, that's how quick and accurate their service was. I can't even begin to tell you about their vienesse hour, I have never had anything like that before. It was like a carnival. They had chocolate fondue, cotton candy, cakes, cookies, all types of desserts, chocolate fountain, assorted fruits, all the types of coffee and cappucino, and to top it off, a snow cone machine. How cool was that, I felt like a little kid again, it was sooo much fun. Frank and George were the head maitre'd and they did a phenomenal job!!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them for any type of event you may be having.
Ariante was our banquet manager and she did a great job setting everything up. She organized everything perfectly.

All in All it was a good day. Except for a few delays and a few snags at the salon, the day went smoothly and the weather could not have been better for a February day. It was 50 degrees and sunny all day and none of us wore jackets.

LI Weddings has done a great job in helping me thru to this big day and I am grateful for it. Once I have the pictures, I will be sure to post them up. Thanks everybody for all your help!!!
