Hello Moms,
I won't be posting or coming into LIW anymore, as my daughter is upset that I am even coming on here and reading the postings. As mentioned in an earlier post, she is the one that sent me the site and I would have never have found this beautiful site for the brides.
Apparently she does not want me involved.
On a positive note, my husband, mother and I went to leave a deposit where she will be getting married. I can say the children did pick the right place it was beautiful. The place is giving us a payment plan to pay for the wedding. I have this time to save more money so she and FH can have a beutiful wedding. I have taken a 2nd job so that I can help.
We have 1 year and 3 months for the affiar!

We will miss you. I think it is a real shame that she feels that way especially with you paying and taking a second job. Good luck to you.

So sorry that we won't be hearing from you again. This is such a wonderful site to share ideas and our excitement about our familys' weddings. It's hard to understand why a bride doesn't want her parents to be involved, but has no problem with accepting money to pay for the wedding. We'll miss you!

I agree with you it really is a shame that she is willing to accept money for the wedding, but then doesn't want her mom to enjoy herself and be involved, it is a real shame.
