OH YEAH!!! i am even gonna start doing my pilates workouts again today. This had helped me SOOO much last time i lost weight and know it will help. Even before i went to see my dad and grandmother and they were trying to get me to eat what she made and i said NO please i can't keep doing this. Everybody always wants us to eat what they make and then i feel bad bc they get upset if i dont but i cant do this anymore. I've gotten to the point where i have to tell people "listen i am not going to fit into my dress when it comes in, please understand this" me fitting into my dress is more important to me than eating what everyone is making i think they finally got the point lol.

me too...the suckiest part of all I WORK IN ONE (a physical therapy clinic that has a full gym program)

i just don't feel like changing clothes at the end of my day and staying to work out. i need to start planning my workout before work!!!

Cheerleading is over this week (thank god) and I went and bought a really cute gym bag and a lock so I can start going straight from work 5 times a week.

I am making it like its my second job. I already feel so much better and with my new nutrisionist I know I can do it.

Lets keep each other motivated.

I can't wait to post a before and after pic for you girls

i tried my dress on for the first time yesterday & since it fit & actually needed to be taken in a little, was so bad this weekend. i have to get right back on track tomorrow !!

i will be getting my marshmellow butt to the gym tomorrow

I just came back from the gym!! First day back since November!!!!

It felt GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!

And whenever I go to the gym I ONLY want to eat healthy things. Totally keeps my a$$ in check.

Also, sitting in the steam room for a good 20 minutes made me feel like I lost 5 lbs INSTANTLY.

just switched gyms and joined LA FItness... (i havent gone yet BUT I am going tongiht!!!

* I love this gym it has everything and its only $20 more a month than my other gym AND I druive by it everyday after work.. so I have NNOOOOOO excuse (ok I probably will at some point... but)

I need to get moving----I need to loose like 8 pounds before we go on our mini weekend to New Hamp, cause all we do there is eat. And I just called the bridal store and my dress will be in in April--so I am sitting here having a panic attack, and the fact that I ordered another dress a size smaller for June

Glad you made this thread! I need motivation. Right now I think we are going to South Beach in May for my bacheloretter party, so I really want to be in shape by then. Plus, my 30th birthday is also in May and I want to look better than I did at 25!

ALright ladies, I am off to work out and I am serious about it this time--all of my BM's are on major diets, and I will not be the Marshmallow at my own wedding

I went back the gym in December and started slow, but then had a reality check when 2008 rolled in that I AM GETTING MARRIED so I dove in head first. Luckily FH is a gym buff and eats really well, so he keeps me in check. He even waits for me to get home from work and goes to the gym with me to keep me motivated. I set a goal for myself and I have 23 lbs to go by June.
