Honeymoon - Travel Tom
So I finally spoke with Travel Tom and he was wonderful. He is looking into prices for me to Jade Mountain in St. Lucia (3 nights) and 4 nights at Sandals in St. Lucia. I would love to stay at Jade Mountain for the whole week but the price would be insane. Hopefully I can book something.

FH &I am going to Hawaii in May (for business) and he knows the hotel we are saying at and recommended a place for us to stay before or after the business trip.

ohh he def. knew alot. He got us in 2 deluxe oceanview rooms at the Hyatt regency on both islands that we wanted to go to.

dude...jade mountain looks FRIKKIN AMAZING!!! FH and I are really feelin st. lucia but didn't know much about resorts...all i can say is wow...the open view to the twin peaks of les pitons from your bed...omg  you'd better be ready to make a baby coz that is so romantic!!!

I didn't know if I wanted to laugh or pass out when I read your message. BABY!!! No way. One is enough It does look amazing. We were also thinking about ladera. That places looks amazing also and is cheaper than Jade mountain. But I think Jade is going to be the winner. The rooms are 1400-1900 square feet. Thats bigger than my house was before I put on the second floor. Oh how I wish I could stay there for a week.

Its not that it wasn't good, he's really a great guy and he was very nice but he jsut never got back to us on anything. I thought maybe because we were a company but he did the same thing to me when I was trying to get info for my hawaii HM. He actually only just got back to me today AFTER I posted something about him earlier. another lurker?????
Anyway, my office booked a $20k trip with him and they had a really hard time having him follow up on things. I kinda thought it was just us.
I know there were holidays going on and stuff, but there were several times that he said he would get back to me and just never did. Even when he contacted me today, he didn't seem to have any info together yet.....IDK 
I don't want to bash him because he's not a jerk or anything and he did an AMAZING job for my MOH's HM...he had EVERY LITTLE DETAIL planned for them. Maybe its me....he dealt with a few different people in my office though and everyone kinda had the same reaction. In the end, the office manager did alot of the legwork as far as putting tours together and getting the info together.
I REALLY DONT WANT TO OFFEND ANYONE ON HERE!!! I think my experience was isolated because every other person I talk to completely RAVES about him. He did apologize up and down for not getting back to me sooner but its been about 3 weeks now so I ended up going with a different agent anyway.
But yea...sorry so long- I just felt like I should put that out there...

Thanks for the honesty. I don't think any vendor gets 100% positive feedback. When that happens, it seems a little fishy. He said he was going to call me back at the end of this week with prices so we shall see. Thanks again!!!

You probably will!! I wonder if it's the vendors that are the lurkers or other b2bs snitching. Oh well you didn't say anything wrong. I am sure he would agree with you that he is way toooo busy and can't meet the demand sometimes. (that's a nice way of saying that someone blew you off!!)
