Travel Theme Wedding
Has anyone seen any products to go with this wedding theme?
My fiance and I travel all the time and it is the perfect theme for us. The problem is that I'm unsure if there is stuff to buy for it.
Thanks, Kim

Re: Travel Theme Wedding
I'm sure you can find things like cruise ships, luggage tags, planes, etc. to incorporate into your wedding. Although I think if you put those on your STDs people might mistake it for a destination wedding.

Re: Travel Theme Wedding
never saw any things sepcifically made for this but you can easily incorporate it - i have seen brides do table numbers with pics of them from various places or names them after vacation spots you can give luggage tags as a favor - get a double use and use them as ur place card holders as well

Re: Travel Theme Wedding
Many rules can be completely disregarded when having a themed wedding this is why I love them so much.
You can use many ideas for 'Travel' such as;
Passport invitations If you will be serving theme foods at dinner, also let them know on your menu cards. Card stock for menu cards can be stamped looking passport paper. Clocks for the table tent cards with a different time table for each place or Photos of places you have traveled with the name 'Martha's vineyards' and 'Bonaire' instead of #'s. Your cake can even be shaped into 3 stacks of luggage pieces making each a different flavor.
Get creative & decorate with unused unraveled film.
What about Road maps folded as table runners?

Re: Travel Theme Wedding
We did this, but I didn't want to get too kitschy,... I went from REALLY getting into it with all of the knicknacks, to just naming our tables for different countries we have been to and having the placecards have the flag on it for that table. Everyone loved!
