I haven't gone yet, but I would make sure to ask them how much they charge if you go over the allotted time and I would just really take a good look at their limos / make sure they are clean!

I have no idea....I booked a package deal and so I still have to meet with them.  I assume you need to give them the amount of people in your bp, how long you need them for, budget, etc.
