I guess...I just never got it. I guess for people who go out and party it is something desirable....if I go to Vegas I want to go with FH and look around, check out casinos, gamble together, go to shows together, take lots of pics and have fun with him....at night, we can party together. Just not something I'd EVER consider with just girl friends JMO
I'm the same way. My friends and I had a blast in NYC yesterday at the Museum of Natural History. We're dorks that have fun doing dorky things. Clubs never were our thing.
LOL what ever floats your boat! Glad you had fun! I want to do something with friends that's intimate and where we can really do something we don't normally do together...I'm looking into stuff that not a lot of people do to do with the girls, and then really want a Jack/Jill go out and party with our entire BP and close friends who aren't in it.

My whole Bachelorette Party idea was ruined when Coney Island was shut down.
I still loved that idea most. Astroland was my favorite place to go in NY.
yeah everybody is different and has different interests so you just have to do what you like best and sometimes also understand that what sounds great to you doesn't sound great to others. I know some don't care to party alot and thats fine because thats them and this is me. Same way i hear about other things people are doing and for me its like UHMMM i would never do that. I don't try to understand just realize everyone is different. Maybe your FH is going to vegas just to do something a bit different from the norm
He's going to make his GM happy. Plain and simple. He's been to Vegas and wasn't really into it. He liked seeing all the different hotels, but that's about it.
I dunno. I'm more worried about what the GM are going to do, not FH.
You should talk with him because that is just wrong....go to make his GM happy Your FH should tell them where he wants to go and what he wants to do....if he really didn't want to go he would have them change it....I would never go somewhere I didn't want to!

well see thats different then, if he doesn't like it then his GM should plan for vegas. My FH LOOOOVES vegas, hes been there about 5-6x and even last year for x-mas as a gift i paid for him to go with his friends in february of last year. FH even wants to move to vegas, and mentioned to me yesterday how the prices for homes in vegas went down recently hahaha but i don't want to move there. MY FH is also a HUUUUUGE gambler, and even for the last bachelor party he went to in AC he was mad bc while the guys wanted to go for dinner he had to be pulled away from the table. He is also somebody who almost missed a flight and has played for 30-something hours straight

That's sounds like a lot of fun! We're doing something with our Bridal Party the day after the wedding. I know not everyone is into the museum thing, but we had a great time. It was fun to act like a bunch of kids for the day.

OMG that last one is horrible!!!
but fh loves vegas and he said he doesnt want to go there...and he really doesnt even want strippers. i dont think he would have them because his best man's (his brother) wife would kill her husband if there were strippers there lol
i dont mind them because i trust fh with all of my heart but i just dont see a need for them you know
but i dont get why vegas is such a hot spot for bacholer parties either especially if you have been there before lol

Woah!
FH has always been a people pleaser. He's more worried about disappointing them. He will never ask them to change it, because he knows that's where they want to go. Plus, the GM are already angry with me because I've put up a huge fight about Vegas from day one.

i think some people just want to get away. I can't wait to go away for a few days ahhhh i need it right now hahaha. It'll be great in the daytime to hang out by the pool relaxing and drinking nice cold drinks, i wish i can have that now bc i am about to pull out my hair.
Some people just love vegas that much. If my fh was given an opportunity to go to vegas 10x a year he would do that hahahaha. And same goes for him, to go out in the city will be just like a regular night, he used to party hard. ALso my experience with going out with SO many ppl is that it can be hard. You don't get enough time with people, you'll be out somewhere and can't even hear eachother so to do that just for a few hours is different, i think for me and fh it wouldn't be anything special, its like Oooo a club ive only been to god knows how many times, and on top of that we'd probably see so many people we know and it would just feel different. Plus the biggest thing is the casinos for fh, he'll want to gamble
