What is the new point system?
its not just based on ur weight now its on ur height, weight, maie/female activity level...it changed last deceember of 06....

I do actually!
I eat the weight watchers multigrain bread.. so that i can make a sandwich and only spend 1 pt on bread.
I eat the w.w. english muffins.. whole wheat.. when i can find them otherwise i eat the thomas whole WHEAt--LIGHT... same thing 1pt!
I also love the W.W. 1 pt whole wheat pita :)

I eat them all,lol. Bagels 2 pionts!!!! I just tried the rye bread . If you go to BJs they are alot cheaper.... 2.99 instead of 3.69 in the regular stores.

The Hebrew National Hot Dogs which are I believe 98% fat free are only 1 point and in my opinon taste alot better

I tell my mom and son not to eat my healthy stuff since they dont care what they eat and it costs sooo much!!! 
I am going out to eat tonight and getting a garden egg white omlet with home fires, no toast. yummy!!!

OMG YES!! I bought more LC's yesterday!! I just bought a few at Target over the weekend since they are cheaper there.
