EEK! I gained 3.6 pounds since we last went on December 10th and FH gained around 7... not good but we'll never have another week like that again.
I went and checked out a gym I think I'm going to join so even though I'm feeling bad about the gain, I'm excited to get back into working out.

LADIES---I foudn the best 1 point snack!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol
They are in the granola bar section of the supermarket...they are called CURVES bars (lik ethe gym fitness place CURVES) Well.... they come in Strawberry and CHOC PEANUT BUTTER!!!
SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD!!!!!!
they are all 10 cals.. I believe that the choc peanut butter has a bit more fat.. but still SQUEAKS in on the point slider as 1 pt

im in...ww goal 126(which is 10%) (by july)..currently 133 :(
i've been steadily gaining every week. starting training for a marathon and i think that the muscle gain is causing weight gain.
weigh in is friday at w. babylon.
how is everyone doing this week ?

there is the reciepe on the website for feta chicken pita burgers...its 5 points and delicious. if anyone who doesn't have access to ww online and is interested ill give you the recipe

Feta- Stuffed Chicken Burgers
Ingredients:
Lettuce, romaine
7 tbsp. feta
1/4 tsp. Garlic powder
5 small black olives, sliced
4 small whole wheat pitas (i used ww brand-from stop and shop)
1 tbsp oregano
2/3 cup roasted peppers (w/o oil)
1 lb. uncooked ground chicken breast
1. preheat grill/broiler. (i use george forman...best thing ever!!)
2. mix chix, feta, oregano, garlic powder in a bowl. divide into 4 balls and make pattys
3. grill
4. assemble...burger, pita, lettuce, peppers and olives.
5.enjoy!!

Aww, have a chocolate milk! That always works for me... it's chocolately but it's also good for you because you need your dairy for the day! Just make sure you make it with skim milk. A few companies even make light or fat free chocolate syrup. It always makes me feel like I'm being really bad even though I'm not!

...boars head lite 2 points each dog and then a roll thats 2 points, martins potato rolls and ketchup is like a point for 1/4 cup...

I'm going to a gym tonight to try a class and see if I want to join... it's a womens only gym and they offer tons of classes and seem to have good equipment! I'm excited!
