So with a tiny bit more than 5 months till the wedding I need some inspiration to lose weight. I have been voraciously stuffing my face and I've gained about 8 pounds this summer. I KNOW that I need to lose weight and the only thing that has work for me in the past is WW, but, I can't seem to get my butt in gear. Someone please talk me into it. LOL

Good luck girls! I did it last year and lost almost 30 lbs and managed to still keep it off! Definitely stick with your eating plan and go to the meetings. For me knowing that I was going to be weighed in on a specific day helped me stay away from all food that was high in calories and fat!
But even weighing yourself in on liweddings is great too!
One great snack that I still buy today are popsicles. They are fat free and like 40 calories. They have them in fudgsicles too but are a little more calories. Look for them in any supermarket.
I still also buy the WW breads. They taste good and fill me up faster.
