my job new location is not helping my diet
This week we move to a new location and I am in between of a checkers a white casttle on front a mcdonald and across a donkin donuts..... How this help my diet if I forgot my lunch?!?!?!

oh that is so not helping lol. You could get a salad from Mcdonalds just no dressing because with dressing its as bad as the burger. I saw that on a show recently.

Thats not good! I have every fast food place and 2 starbucks and 1 dunkin by my job...i hate it!

Seriously, FH and me watched it about 3 years ago and not only have I not eaten in a fast food restaurant since then, I became a vegetarian!

Oh my God! That's crazy, I dont know if I would survive either. DEFINITELY bring your own lunch to work to avoid having to choose where to eat. I have to say though, I love Checkers and its a good thing there are none near me because I would be a whale!

oh yea that totally *****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but you CAN DO IT!!
At Mc Donalds if you get a SALAD you can ask for the FAT FREE BALSAMIC dressing it's the only one there that's not bad for ya! (im a w.w. point queen lol lol)
at Dunkin... just get coffee or tea (it's not a lunch.. but if yuo have an urge to go out and get something... it's a good option.. i get my french vanilla coffee with skim milk and splenda every morning and NEVER GET FOOD from there--after a while the smell turns ya off  hehe)
OOO and they also have the LITE ICED LATTES now... but ask them what they put in it.. my Dunkin Donuts showed me.. it's Espresso, Coffee, Skim Milk and Splenda!! a sweet treat for not alot of cals
AS FOR CHECKERS---I can't go in there either.. i'd be a GONER LOL LOL

lol thanks girl for the suport I dont know how I am going to do it, specially when school time come because I usually have eat lunch around work because I dont have time to go home
