NWR - I just did a nettie pot!
OMG! I just did a nettie pot for my sinuses and it was the weirdest thing!
I will say that it definitely worked! I feel such a difference.
If you have bad sinuses or a stuffed up nose i recommend you try it. I got mine at CVS.

wow I don't know if I could do that. My mom used to chase me around with that little rubber snot bubble when I was little (ok last year) and I would run away like she was chasing me with a knife. kidding about that last year part

LOL mine looked a little more like a tea pot but same idea.
The way you tilt your head flushes the salt water through your sinuses. It feels a little weird but after a while you get used to it.
They say the more you keep it up the more it will get into the sinus cavaties to clean it out. Nasal sprays only spray so far and dont clear the actual sinus cavity.
I watched myself in the mirror and you become more amazed than grossed out! LOL
