I'm Jen.... I just moved to Philly in April for work. So far it seems okay...much better than Boston, where I was stuck for the past 4 years.
Any tips on good restaurants?

Hello!
Amanda here, I'm in a suburb of Philly, about 40 minutes north. I like it here -- I've been here about a year and a half.
As for good restaurants, almost anything in Little Italy is good!
Capital Grille in Center City is also good. Cuba Libre in Old City is good.
That's all I can think of for now!

Totally missed this post, but found it looking for another one. Daughter, Debi, aka beachprincess, and Fred, are both from Lancaster County, Pa. and getting married in LI, where Fred's parents live. Mary MOB

Hi, I'm Nicole! I live in Philly as well, have been living here since Fall of 2005. There are lots of good restaurants in Philly, especially little BYO places....check out OpenTable.com for lots of good restaurants....and definitely make sure to hit restaurant week for awesome 3 courses for $30 at great places! Next one in January....
