FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread
This thread will be for those of us who have spoken to the 'powers that be' at the Fox Hollow about ANY type of issue & what answer you were given.
Maybe this way we can help each other out instead of having to call 30 times just to get a quick question answered!

Q. Are candles permitted?
A. Yes - but not open flames - they have to be in a holder.
Q. What colors are available for tablecloths?
A. Several - you can go in and look any time you want or wait for your menu meeting. I went in and saw that they had the basic colors. A nice red, blue, cream, forest green, etc.

Q. do they provide ceremony music if you dont have arrangements??
A. yes they have CD's. (i am not going to trust them though)

Q. Where do they put the placecard table?
A. Usually on a table near the front of the cocktail hour room. If you are in the restaurant for your CH - if they will all fit on the Piano - they will put them there.
Q. Where will you set up my candy bar?
A. Towards the bar - near the exit, towards the end of the night.

I love Fox Hollow! Not sure if there is ay questions a past bride can help with but i did lots of things and Fox Hollow nailed every detail of mine. They where amazing!!

I believe for children it isn't that much cheaper as well as vendors I think it may be 1/4 knocked off???? It is definately not half....
BUT children under 3 are free.

A. Once you hit your minimum - they are 1/3 off.
Q. Vendors cost?
A. Once you hit your minimum are 1/3 off. For their suggested vendors - check with your BM.

I was told for cocktail hour (Im sure for ceremony too) you can bring in your own CD for them to play.

A: The maitre d and the bridal attendant are usually given an additional tip.
BTW - I love the Fox Hollow and can't wait to be married there.
