I'm sure you've all heard about Tom from American Express Travel but just wanted to put my two cents in on his work. The man has the patience of a saint. I changed my mind so many times, from all over Europe to all over the Caribbean and finally decided on something totally left field - a cruise to Alaska. He was with me the entire time and never failed to help me out even if it meant talking late at night. He is totally budget conscious. Got me a great top floor, middle of the ship room with the largest balcony and kept note of my budget at all times. The honeymoon has been one of the most difficult decisions ive had to make as of yet but Tom made this easy for me, helping me to narrow down my choices.
