THE HHWF (hottie healthy wife club) check in- Wednesday!
I just got back from a 45 minute walk! It's getting hot out there!
Also got this really good cereal (Special K Protein Plus) Only 1 pt- lots of fiber and protein. And it's yummy too...
I am meeting people for dinner tonight- so I'll have a light lunch too!
How is everyone else doing?

You're crazy but thank you. Add on 6lbs to what you see in those pic. It doesn't seem like a lot but the jeans don't fit like they used to

I have been off coke and iced tea since Sunday I am having the shakes. But I feel less bloated.
I had a handful of cheerios for breakfast with skim milk. I bought new gym clothes yesterday now I want to go to the gym later so I can wear my new outfit.
