One of my co-workers went to Baskin Robins this morning and went around taking orders. Everyone got shakes, but I DIDN'T! I controled myself. And I am going to the gym later tonight.

I was running around like crazy to an audition this morning..on top of that I did 25 min on the elliptical trainer and 15 min of weights..
Oh...and then I had a chocolate chip cookie..woops
