My lil brother is so cute
My half brother is 12 and lives in Florida with my mom. I sent him an e-mail asking if everything was okay because I couldn't get a hold of my mom and she's been sick for the last few months. She's okay, but in his response, he mentions to me that my mom told him they're coming to NY on August 11th and he gets to spend his birthday here. He didn't know that it was for my shower and was supposed to be a secret lol. It's so funny because I HATE surprises and no one can ever keep anything a surprise for me because I am sooo good at putting things together. So my sister slipped about where the shower is and I had an idea of the date but now it's confirmed. The kicker is I was only expecting my mom and brother to be here for the weekend of my shower, but his birthday is the following weekend and if they're spending that here that means they'll be here all weekend. The poor kid has no idea what kind of crap he's going to get from everyone now for slipping.
