Here is ours...not finished...but the left is the back cover and the right is the front...very simple fold down the middle (like a book)...I'm going to punch two holes in the seam and tie a blue ribbon through it.

I don't have pics of the new one yet and am too lazy to get it but it's this with one more layer and the knot in the background like the invite. I wanted it to mimick the invite.
