New here
We got married last month and have decided to start trying. Neither FH or I are big with going to doctors though...what should I do. Do I need to get checked out before trying? Can I just go to a general doctor?
I'm 30, and I just noticed that over the past couple of months my Aunt Flo is getting shorter, which is what's prompted us to seriously start trying.

I'm almost afraid to ask, what the implication of a shorter period is and what defines it? Also, the concern about being over 30? I have both of these "conditions".
