Vendor RANT

So I know many of you girls like her, but Rebecca from weddinginvdesign has taken almost a month to send me 3 samples. I paid for them January 7th and still have not received them.
At first she was very good about returning my emails right away, but now she has gotten worse. I emailed her today to tell her I wanted a refund for the samples.
I'm disappointed too because I do like a lot of her invitations on her website, but I can't trust someone that can't even get 3 samples out in a month.

I have not delt with her. But my experience with any vendor is if I do not get call backs within one day I am not happy. When I was setting up appointments with vendors if I did not get call backs ina day they were out.

Sorry she is stressing you!! Ya know, we spend so much money on our weddings you'd hope the vendors respect that and have their tasks done ina timely fashion.

don't worry I got the same run around from her!!! She told me that she would send me some prices and samples over a month ago.. and she said she would send them "tomorrow" which was a month ago. VERY unprofessional! Busy or not.. you should at least have the respect of emailing and letting someone know!! I'm going with Pippy's Sweets anyway!! she is soooo much more professional and does awesome work!!! SHe'll answer your questions RIGHT away even though she is soo busy!!! I suggest you get in touch with her. The other one needs to learn good customer service!
