a bit annoyed
so far I have had no major issues with guest rsvping... until last night. I invited my MOH's parents (who are divorced) and I sent her mom and invite for her (the mother) and the MOH's younger brother since they live in the same house. About 2 wks ago my MOH calls me and asks if her mother could bring her bf, so I say sorry no... I have no space for extra ppl in fact my guest list is already over by 30. So she says well maybe my bro won't go and my mom could take her bf, so I told her that, that would be fine with me. WELL, yesterday I got her moms rsvp card.... it said her name and her son's name and then she checked off the sorry unable to attend line.... but it was one of those checks that were done out of spite, it was long and it was written really hard it creased the inside of the card. Maybe i'm reading too much into it but i'm just annoyed..... ok vent over.

Man that is a stinker. Sorry you are dealing with this. She should know better since it is common knowledge weddings are expensive. Perhaps you are better off. I've learned people will shock you with their excuses, unwelcomed opinions/comments, rudeness, and sense of entitlement. My advice stick to your guns and don't let anyone guilt you into something you never expected to be doing. Sending you hugs!
