I didn't look at any other RH but for Leonards on a Saturday Night in September I was quoted as follows:
Min. $85/pp No added extras $15/pp for Vienese Hour
I ended up paying $120/pp with the extras I added to my cocktail hour and the vienese hour
With their service change and tax it came to $154/pp
Hope that helps
wow im paying a lot less then that but i guess because you are in Septemeber?? I was looking for Oct and Sept at first also, but moved it to July because it was cheaper....i also have the v-hour but no added extras @ the cocktail hour.......154 seems alot for Leonards

Re: Reception Hall Price Quotes for 09
Woodbury country club for a friday night, June 2009 for ~150 people was $105 per person with NO EXTRAS ....very much in love with the place but after looking at CLM which off the bat was 10$ cheaper and on the water....I might have to see if there is any bargaining room for add ons or price per guest. Their tax is 20% (most are 18%) with a chapel fee of $500.00 and the MD tip is up to you but they recc starting at $450.00.
So don't get me wrong, i LOVE it but since I'm paying for it myself, I dont think I could sign knowing I could get many extras for the same price somewhere else. At the very least, they'd have to include fine cordials, espresso, cappucino's etc...thought it was kinda wierd they don't offer that to begin with.
Going to Lombardi's on the Sound saturday and Beach club estate in Lake Ronkonkoma on Friday....i'll keep you posted.
Anyone else get quoted WCC similarily or with extras and willing to share?
:) Michele

How much are you paying? My girlfriend who got married there paid $160pp before Tax and Grat. I just assumed this was average for a Saturday night.

I will post the quotes for WM, Coral House and Milleridge later . The only one I clearly remember is FOx Hollow.
March 2009 Sat. afternoon - 59 per person with a 120 person minimum for the Garden Terrace. plus 20% and tax. They threw in some freebies.
Sat. Night - 69 per person with 200 ppl. minimum for the Garden Terrace. plus 20% and tax. Got a few freebies! FM me for details. FYI: The Garden Terrace room is beautiful and has private patio for CH and entire night of reception.
** I went for the sat. night :) **

We haven't set a final date yet because we contemplated having our wedding overseas in our native country but after looking at some of these prices, maybe we CAN swing a wedding here afterall!!!
Maybe we can do a spring wedding and then go on a summer honeymoon (I'm a teacher and have the summer off!)

That sounds like a plan..I think May start the higher pricing so April could be a good month for you?

Vineyard Caterers
May thru October the prices were: Friday $100 pp Saturday afternoon $90 pp Saturday evening $115 pp Sunday $110 pp (that is without tax and grat)
Sept thru April were 10% off those prices.
If you are looking at East Wind, I would def. stop by here....its only a couple minutes away.
From experience, these prices are negotiable...especially September through April, on top of the 10% off.
