Card box or money bag?
Which one are you doing? Ever since the missing card boxes at a certain catering hall, I'm concerned about having a box out & prominently displayed..

We are doing both.
We will walk around with the bag..to visit all tables..but have a box jus tincase.
But the box will be right by dad's table....so no one will dare

great idea to have it by the parent table. I was worried about it disapearing also. I was planning on having nothing & just letting the guests hand me their cards & then I'd pass them to my mom to hold. But I think I know of the perfect spot for the card box now.

Yup....its typically one of the most visible and highly watched places...right up front...the parental units will always keep an eye....and because its front and center....its likely nothing will happen
Sad that we even have to take these precautions though, right?

My father said whatever I have I should give to him.. Has anyone seen my dad? I should post a pic..  My father just said that the big boxes/cubes are more visable. He is willing to carry around a "bag thing" if it means it won't get stolen!

im not a card bag person....when i go too weddings and see that it looks like ppl are looking for their gifts....so i figured do the cardbox idea...i guess it kinda may look the same way but atleast it wont be attached too my hand!

I originally bought a money bag....When I got it, I noticed it was too small...  So, I am going to get the bird cage. It is so cute...
I didn't hear of the missing card boxes at catering halls...When did that happen?
