so my doctor calls me to give me my blood results
and as she is telling me i have high cholestrol and low iron i am eating bacon egg and cheese on a roll....
i guess i really need to start my diet

Take VITAMINS and eat lean lean beef/kidney beans for iron. Cheerios has iron, too.
Lower your saturated fat intake.
(you didn't ask for advice, did you?)

i have to watch what i eat and take iron pills
but she told me to go on a diet also because of my weight gain so the new year i will start
