Wow, I don't know that I can pick ONE picture. I bet you'll hear that from anyone who used Angelica! Here's a link to my album where I have about 50 of the 100 she gave me.

She's incredible - she tells you EXACTLY where to put every single part of your body, where to look, how to tilt, what leg to stand on, I mean, EVERYTHING, and yet the pictures don't look posed AT ALL - she has such a natural talent & creativity. I don't mean to 'hijack' this thread, but I had to mention that she totally directs your every move - IF YOU WANT OR NEED IT. If you have a pose you want to do, she's happy to do it, too. We ASKED her to do that (pose us and tell us what to do) if you want to do what you want, that's fine too!

Yeah I was just curious.. I love her work.. it reminds me alot of what you see in those couture bridal magazines.. I wonder how much post production work she does in photoshop.. she makes all those landscapes.. in the background look so dreamy.. that pic of you and your fiance at the treee is amazing..

While both AG and SIB are talented beyond words - this is one of the MAJOR differences between them, in addition to SIB not doing any Photoshop work.
I feel that AG's work is light, airy, and pretty, while being edgy and sexy. I feel that SIB's is heavy, dark, and intense - and definitely edgy and sexy. Two totally different styles. Both amazing, but it's personal preference.....
I think that Angelica is super talented with her photo finishing skills. Unfortunately for some, SIB doesn't do this at all - they are photo purists and give you the images that come straight out of their cameras. That's an important factor when making your decision, too.
I completely agree with this. At first glance they seem to have a similar style but upon further inspection they are totally different.

Angelica’s definitely seem lighter and more romantic in comparing our 2 sets of pics, but I think it depends on the couple and they type of day it is. I don’t think you can even compare my pics to Halloweddings because we are two different women with two different husbands. Both SIB and Angelica are amazingly talented photographers. I think as some of the other brides have mentioned in the past you really just need to meet with both to see who you ‘click with’.

I absolutely LOVE Halloweddings day after pics and think they're GORGEOUS (but she knows I feel that way  ) just as I LOVE my pics. For me, Angelica was the right fit and for Hallowedding SIB was the right fit. Meet with them both if you are having trouble deciding, because I can tell you - your photographer is one of the most important decisions you'll make and even if a photographer takes AMAZING pics, if you don't actually like the PERSON, your pictures will not come out with the SOUL and MAGIC that both Hallowedding and I got! Good luck to ALL the brides trying to make this difficult choice. It's not a contest of which is better - they are BOTH so talented & creative I can't even put it into words, it's just picking who YOU AND YOUR FIANCE will WORK the best with!!

It's not a question of who is better. SIB and Angelica are great photographers as are many others photographers who LIW couples have used. There are tons of photos posted on this site to try to make comparisons between one studio and the next.
What matters is which photographer can take the kind of photos you want and can you stand to have them in your presence for 10 - 12 hours I would also check out the references and ask couples bout timing for proofs and albums. I know of a Floral Terrace bride (not on LIW as far as I know) that had to fight for about 2 years to get her album from the studio she selected
