Emotional Week for me & a warning for all ladies

So I had the most up and down week. First, my cousin gave birth to a beautiful healthy baby boy, Matthew Jay. He was 7 lbs 10 oz. She had him on Tuesday.
Next thing was the not so good thing that happened: (sorry very long)
My grandma had to have a biopsy on Wednesday because she had developed this huge rash on her breast. It basically looks like a huge birthmark. My grandma has had breast cancer before and has been in remission. Basically the doctors told my aunt on Wednesday that they had a very strong suspicion it was breast cancer, so needless to say I was so upset. I just kept saying to my mom how could these doctors say that, when my grandma doesn't have a lump.
So I went online and did some research: I found that there is a very rare form of breast cancer called inflammatory breast cancer. It is a rash on your breast. It is a very, very fast moving cancer and the outcome is not very good. So of course that made me more upset because that is exactly what it sounded like.
To make a long story short, we found out today, that thank goodness it isn't inflammatory breast cancer, but the doctors believe she has a mild breast cancer, but they aren't sure. They have never had a biopsy come back like it did, so it has to be sent back out to other specialists.
I am so relieved it is not IBC but I just want to know what it is. Please keep my grandma in your prayers and please if you even notice a rash on your breast please have it checked out. I never even knew about that kind of breast cancer until I read about it online.

I just found out the other day that my aunt's mammography came back showing something on one of her breasts (she has been in remission from breast cancer for about 10 years) and yesterday I found out that they found something on my grandma's breast too (her mother) and they are going to do a biopsy on my grandma within the next week and a half. My aunt has to go for some special tests before she can get a biopsy b/c she has already had breast cancer.

I hope you don't mind if I ask you girls to pray for me and my family at the same time as you pray for Mel329's grandma.

I will pray for you and your family. It is so hard seeing your family members go through cancer. My grandma has been in remission for 6 years and my aunt (her daugher) for 5 years. Those two years when they were both sick were terrible. Not too mention my grandpa (grandma's husband) also was going through lung cancer at that time. It was terrible.

I am so sorry that this is happening to your grandma, I will keep her in my thoughts and prayers that she is ok and heathy and tons of for you and your family!
