what type of high efficinet detergent do you use, we are getting one and i hear you have to use a special soap

i have one...and i use regular detergent...i hope ure not supposed to use anything special

We use Tide HE. If you use regular detergent, it will break the machine over time.

All the companies make HE detergent, its easy to get and you also don't have to use as much.
