went to look at limos last night <<a lil rant, lil long>>

and was a little disappoinetd

Joe from Camelot was awesome - gave me a great price and was super nice - he even drove me and my sister to the limo warehouse - he answered all my questions and was with us for like 40 minutes. The only thing was the limo i wanted to see was out at a wedding.
We are defintely going to go back and check out the limo when it is there and probably book them.

Then I went to Royalty - BIG disappointment! All the girls on here RAVE about MAnny so i guess i had high expectations but he was pretty much just rude! When I got there he was like "yeah im busy right now just go out into the showroom and look at the cars" The 39 CAddy that i was interested in had cracked windows!!! then when we sat with him for a quote we were literally in there 2 minutes he was like well everything is basically on the paper I gave you and then he made fun of my question (I asked if the classic cars have heat)!!!

I went there too last night and felt the same way about Royalty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm glad that everyone else had a really great experience, but unfortunately, I felt ignored, rushed, and was laughed at when I asked certain questions! I am so disappointed. Many of my cousins and FH cousins used them and had mixed experiences with them so I don't know what to do!

I did meet with Joe from Camelot a while back and thought he was great to work with. The cars looked much better there...cleaner, newer...I am going to go back with FH soon!

I'm glad Camelot was nice to you - I had the SAME EXACT EXPERIENCE with Royalty!

I was with my Daddy- when we left, he said its a wonder they're still in business. dirty cars and rude salesmen just don't win me over! shocker!!!

WOW! I am glad I read this... we are going to look at limos soon and will stay away from (not-so) Royalty Limos!!

wow .. the more and more I read the less and less I want to go to Royalty (limos are next for us) ... so many girls have said to give them a chance anyway .. but all this negative is really steering me away!!

I booked Camelot, Joe was great and super nice and the prices were very reasonable. He made you feel like he really cares..he even emailed me and told me " if there is anything you need from today until your wedding just let me know, I work for you!" I thought that was great!!! I would def...go with them!

i said the same exact thing after i met with Manny. WHy so many people rave about him and hiscars will remian a mystery to me. he was rying to sell me a package meanwhile he didnt have the cars that I wanted and then he tried to get us to book the package on the spot. I told him no way first of all noone carried 2k in casj with them at any given time and 2nd of allhe didn't have the cars I wanted so why would i settle and book just anything? he didnt know how to answer me so that left me even more unimpressed.
anyway tomake a long story short he has called me 3 times since then to let me know that he can give me a much better price if I was interested but i was so grossed out by him I dont even want to hear what he has to say. let him keep talking to my vaicemail.

If you check their (Royalty's) BBB record that alone should be enough evidence to cause you not to even want to give them the time of day and combine that with all the negative feedback. . . forget about it! I'll be damned if I have someone take my hard earned money and then treat me poorly

I am so glad I read this.It seems that there are more & more rants about them lately... No Royalty for me! They need to learn how to treat their potential customers.

when we met Manny we werent impressed with him...but we did book w/ them! Honestly i dont even know why...it was our 1st vendor we looked at together and we looked and then signed. After we walked out i was like...babe why? we didnt even look at other companys! VERY weird...i sure hope we dont have a bad exp!!!
