We picked up our album from Imagine today!

The album is even better than the proofs. Lia did a wonderful job we couldn't be more pleased.

We finally gave them our songs for the video (we have only been married 8 months) so we will have that in a few weeks.

I am so happy you were pleased the way your album turned out. I am using Imagine Studios for my pictures and video also. We are taking our engagement pictures next month. I am nervous because I hate getting my picture taken but Lia is so nice, I think I will be OK.
Were you happy with the raw footage of the video? Please keep us updated when you receive your completed video?

Dawnie - I also hate getting my picture taken - I had my engagement shoot with Lia about 4 weeks ago and I felt totally comfortable with her. She is totally awesome. I am picking up the engagement proofs on Tuesday - I'm so excited!

Please let me know how the proofs came out. Where did you go take the pictures? I wanted to go to the beach, but my honey hates the sand. Any suggestions?

Fran, your post is what made take a look at Imagine and can I say how pleased I am with them. I am happy you love your album. Our wedding is in 67 days and I can't wait to see Lia capture our day.

She took us to the beach for our engagement shoot. Here is one of my favorites. You can ask her to take you to the park instead of the beach

Thanks for sharing! We met with Imagine yesterday and just LOVED them. Unfortunately, they were also the most expensive of the photographers we met and probably out of our budget...

Dawnie - We decided to go to the beach (Sunken Meadow) primarily because we loved the way other couples' pictures that were taken there came out. It was a month ago and it was cold and windy but I am sure it was worth it. Lia has you sit in the sand so maybe it isn't the best place for you to go -

THanks Jenbaby, Lia was so easy to work with, as much as we knew the camera was in our face she let us interact with each other naturally and then she just started shooting, some of them I am laughing so hard, my eyes are closed. I had lots of fun tho' I am glad we had the opportunity to work with her before, it will make us on our day more relaxed.

I picked up my engagement pictures yesterday and I am SO impressed! They are awesome - The black and whites are amazing. I am so happy I chose Imagine. I don't have a scanner so there is no way I can show you guys (I wish I could!). I am going to send a picture in to LI Weddings so they can scan it into my profile -

We also used Imagine for both engagement and wedding photos, and they both came out great. But, we haven't picked out our album yet (6 months married Since we had our reception at Land's End (beach), we had the engagement photos taken in Central Park. They came out really great! If I ever get my hands on a scanner, I will scan in some pictures.
