I have officially started my diet and going to the gym @ least 3 times a week today! After a major breakdown over the weekend - I am going to start today!

So far today: Oatmeal for breakfast....

Down 7 lbs from last week. (started last monday)

Gotta love low carb (and low fat..and low cal) !

Still wanna lose another 25...Gotta stay strong through the holidays! Except Thanksgiving...that's my favorite!

I've been trying but got side tracked this weekend (went pumpkin picking then to an awesome pie place and then to dinner) but it's right back on today! Gotta drop another 3 lbs before halloween!

A couple months ago I went through a job and location transition, and went way overboard eating in the process--gained WAY too much weight. I'm trying to lose 26 pounds before my wedding in September. Started kickboxing again and doing salads instead of burgers for lunch!

was doing pretty well on weight watchers (lost 12lbs) but then I went on vacation and was caught up in pizzas in rome and crepes and crossiants in paris so who knows were I am now! I really have to get back on track!

I have tried everything my body won't let me lose anymore weight. But I am hoping wedding stress will do the trick

That is amazing...What type of diet are you doing...

I just started today...Hopefully I will shed about 15 to 20 lbs before the big day (Still have 11 months tho)

Officially started a diet today......got very upset over the weekend that my current clothes don't fit me!! I've been in Weight Watchers before and it worked, I still have the books so I'm going to try and follow that myself.....would love to drop 25 lbs but will be happy with 10-15!

Ate oatmeal for breakfast and I have tons of fruit with me today to snack on.

Lost 8 so far, need to lose 10 more. They say the last 10 pounds are torture. This is so true.

5.5 lbs since I started Weight Watchers 3 weeks ago tomorrow (I get weighed in tomorrow)!

I've lost 7 pounds so far. FH weighs me every week and I don't know what the # is. I don't want to concetrate on the # so much as how I feel and look so he keeps the # a secret every week. I slipped up one week but have been back on track ever since. I now go walking/jogging almost everyday and I feel much better because of it!!!

I want to lose 10 more pounds. So far I have lost 30 pounds doing Weight Watchers. I have been walking on the treadmill and start using the bow flex machine last week. Hopefully I will start seeing changes in a few weeks

I started 3 weeks ago - going to the gym 3-5 times a week...last week I got sick so I was eating more and didn't go to the gym So far only about 2 pounds...I want to lose 10-15 pounds total and it is coming off REALLY SLOW

I don't know how you girls start so early! I can't seem to get motivated, I think it will take until the 6 month mark or at least until it's 2007 before I really try. How did you get motivated so early??

I've lost 40 so far but have been hovering around the same place for a while now. I just need to kick start it, but it's nice that I don't feel like I'm doing it for the wedding, I'm doing it to be healthier and happier and have a long life with my sweetie. :) That helps me not freak out when it goes more slowly than I would like.

i'm very proud of myself!! i'm down 7 pounds. i've just been eating smaller portions and trying to watch calories. my jeans fit great with no flab coming out on the sides! but i still wanna lose 15-20 more pounds.

I started early because I know weight comes off major slow for me and I didn't want to do anything crazy. Also the longer it takes to lose weight the more likely you'll keep it off. I know so many girls who did crazy things to lose the weight quickly and gain it all back ever quicker.
