Went to Party City last night to get wedding stuff and my dad's b-day balloons...
and someone slit some woman's tires while she was on line to check out!! AND her teenaged kids were IN THE CAR when it happened!!!!!!!!
The parking lot lights weren't on yet, and it was SO dark (I don't think they switched the timers over yet to adjust for dark starting earlier), so that added to it. But her kids ran in to tell her. I ran outside in the middle of being rung up to check my car, which is only 3 months old. Thank God it was okay (that's all I need now), but I felt so bad for the woman and her kids!!
The kids were smart not to try to stop the other kids who did it, I think. They could have been hurt! Who knows?
Just amazing. What is WRONG with people? This was in WOODBURY, too. Good area!

Kids sometimes can honestly be so stupid! They do things to give themselves a laugh and they don't care how it effects others. I live in Merrick, a good neighborhood and every year on the last days of school the 6th graders walk past my house and steal law ornaments....grr. Also, this 17 y/o who I used to work with decided one night it would be cool to just walk down a block with his bat and smash peoples car windows, thankfully he got caught.
