What is the stitching that someone does of a couple's name and wedding date that they frame?
Random question, but my FMIL gave me this as part of my shower present, but only showed me what she will be making us and is taking it back. It has an odd name. I want to thank her for it in the thank you card, but I don't know what to call it. It's flat enough to frame... I think it will have flowers, a poem, our names and the wedding date - and she's gonna frame it so we can hang it. She does it for all her kids, but I don't know what the stitch is called to properly thank her for it.
I think I'll know it if I hear it...
anyone know?
