So this afternoon I was just sitting at home minding my own business... when my mom called and said she got two tickets for tonight's Mets game and asked if I'd go with her. Heck, yeah!!! 
It'll be sooooo coooooooold but hopefully the hotness of David Wright will keep me warm.
I'll give details when I get back!

Oops, sorry, I think I was bad luck last night at Shea. But the seats were AWESOME - my mom got them from her company and they were on the field, 2nd row up. A special usher had to let us into them - even open up a little gated area so we could get through. And the seats were padded! Swanky. It was just past first base. I was wearing 4 layers, but it was soooooo coooooooold. The game was exciting throughout, even though we didn't win (Ugh! Billy Wagner!) and the stadium was jumping - it's awesome how loud it gets and how everyone is so into every single pitch.
Hope they have better luck tonight (should be fine, girls, don't worry, I won't be there!)
